It’s a girl!
Just to let you know Deb gave birth to Catherine Elizabeth just before 12 today. Both of them are doing fine but staying in hospital for a little while and I expect them to be home sometime over the weekend.

Great news. Tell Deb & family congratulations from Lou & John & the rest of Gailey!! So does this mean she'll be doing Soar Valley?

Thanks Louise! I'd love to - its one of two races in the region I've never been to but technically I'm grounded until the end of September. We plan to go to the hasler finals but it may be Ross Warland or even the duathlon series before I'm racing again. Still - if I can't kayak, I might at least learn to canoe properly in an attempt to get on the water!
